Privacy notice

This notice explains the website-level data flows visible in the current Commercial Finder service. It should be reviewed against the company’s internal retention and compliance procedures before production launch.

Information you provide

When you submit an enquiry, email Commercial Finder or book a consultation, you may provide your name, contact information, business or property details and the content of your enquiry.

Enquiry form and CRM

The website enquiry form sends your name, email, optional phone, service interest, company or property location, message and acknowledgement to our server and then to HighLevel (GHL). It creates or updates a contact, adds an enquiry note and service tags, creates a pipeline opportunity and sends internal email and SMS notifications directly through the CRM messaging API to Donna, Brad and Jerome. It does not subscribe you to marketing.

Submission references and integration progress are stored on the website server to prevent duplicate delivery and support recovery. Rate-limit identifiers are hashed and expire after ten minutes. Company retention periods, legal entity details and the applicable processing arrangements require business confirmation before publication.

Booking provider

The consultation calendars are supplied by RaveCRM and embedded on this website. Information entered into those calendars is submitted directly to that provider and handled under the provider’s applicable privacy terms.

How information is used

Enquiry information is used to respond to you, assess your commercial-property or asset-management requirements, prepare proposals and administer a potential or existing engagement.

Website operation

Basic server logs may record technical information such as IP address, requested URL, browser information and timestamps for security, reliability and diagnostic purposes. Any analytics or marketing tools added later should be documented here before activation.
